My grandson moved into Avalon West Hollywood in mid-April. This followed a relocation to Los Angeles from Louisville KY. Matthew Crowe was our leasing representative and he assisted us with the entire process even though it was long distance. He was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and made it easy for me and my grandson to have the apartment ready when he arrived in LA. My grandson is very happy with his apartment. It is new, well designed and comfortable. Matthew and all of the office staff as well as the maintenance person have been friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience. Thank you.

This place is absolutely amazing. Great finishes, built very well, awesome layouts, great location, great prices compared to others I looked at. The view on the roof deck is incredible. Matthew was very nice and helpful in every way, I think I signed a lease within hours of seeing the place. The staff is super nice and accommodate to anything you need, unlike some other places I've lived at. You truley get your bang for the buck. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Tony has always be so awesome to work with at Avalon Studio City and now that we are moving to Avalon West Hollywood we are so happy he has moved to this leasing office also.  He has been so helpful to let us tour different units while we wait for ours to be finished in June.  He also brought in cool paper furniture dimension scales so we could see how the furniture fits.  Thanks Tony for always being so great to work with!

I had an interesting process coordinating my move into this building but it wouldn't have been made possible without the help of the wonderful staff. Matthew Crowe was my leasing agent and he went above and beyond helping me through the process and coordinating a handful of tours. I look forward to this next year living at the Avalon West Hollywood.

These apartments are beautiful and brand new. Tony Yuan, the leasing agent was amazing in the process. He was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my move date did not work out with the apartment I originally applied for, due to delay in construction of the new building, however Tony refunded my deposit and more with out question. The management for this building is awesome and anyone that lives here will be lucky.
