Top notch customer service at the front desk. Very courteous and attentive. Room and beds were spacious and comfortable. The four star rating comes from the inept housekeeping staff. At 9:45 AM, without knocking, one of them opened my door and looked at me like I was the crazy one! Needless to say I reported this to the front desk and was reimbursed for the resort/housekeeping fee. Still, would stay here again.

Despite the low cost compared to other hotels, the amenities were all very good. The room was nice, the pool was large and beautiful, and they even had a few other on site entertainment options such as a pool side bar and arcade. Breakfast was available to pay for, which the lack of free breakfast is probably to keep room rates low, but I'd say that was a fine trade off. Definitely would go here again

When we got in it was hot outside but we didn't expect our room to be hotter. We set our AC to the lowest setting but it wasn't cooler than a fan. We called the desk and they quickly sent someone. He was condescending asking us if we made sure the settings were correct and if we tried turning it off and on again. After telling him we did he made an excuse that it wasn't cold because it was on the lowest setting. We obviously weren't okay with that since he, himself said the room was way too hot. He asked if we wanted him to replace it. I don't believe that should even be a question when he knows its broken. He did replace it quickly but he made only a small effort to clean his mess. Aside from all this the rooms are small. The bathroom barely gives you room to shower/bathe let alone change since its the only private area in the room. The floors are laminate which looks nice but after walking around all day our party agreed that the floors are not welcoming to our feet. I will say that the front desk staff were kind and happy to assist. I also enjoy how late the amenities are open. Our beds were also comfortable but overall the experience has not been worth the cost due to their rude maintenance and lack to properly check rooms before letting their guests stay in the room. Also the lack of privacy also impacts the stay. When seeing resort you have an expectation that the room will look nice, not like a basic motel.

Awesome!!! I had stay there a few times now, and a will keep going!!! Staff is great and helpful, thanks Jakie and the other bar woman ( I don't remember her name, sorry) very good drinks. The pool area is very good!! Is a very very good hotel in the middle of international dr Orlando fl. Love it!!

Stayed at Avanti during a conference, the location was convenient for that purpose. The rooms have been recently renovated, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom doesnt appear to have be renovated and is looking quite tired. The staff are friendly and the check in process was painless and easy.
