I am a long time client of Avatar Day Spa and Salon.  Bruce, Yeema and the other stylists stress the importance of healthy hair. Bruce is a proponent of your healthy hair instead of sewn in/glued in weaves . But with that said they have stylists who can weave as well as stylists who braid.  It's always a good experience...and you will leave with hair in better condition than when you came.

Fantastic! Loved the cut, loved the style. Everything about this place was great. I also really enjoyed the shampoo. It's always nice to have someone else wash your hair--like a special treat--but this was above and beyond my expectations. Great place.

I enjoy getting my hair done at Avatar, the stylists are very professional and do an excellent job each time.  I always leave the salon feeling pampered and happy with my do!  Shout out to Cassandra and Imma!  Also Bruce is very nice and accommodating. I look forward to having a massage there as well!

Everyone (and I mean everyone) was very polite and warm in their welcoming of me to the salon. Everyone made sure I was okay and offered refreshments as I waited. I was pleased with my cut overall. The downside to my visit was that my stylist was double booked, so she actually was working on two people at once, which I was not pleased about. Even with that, I would still recommend this salon to others in the area!
