I have had a passion for beauty and hair since I was a young child...This is my journey to make my dream and passion a living reality. I am fanatical about the saving of my planet and environment and I chose Aveda because of their mission and belief system fits in with mine. I have gone to Aveda for haircuts for years and have always been pleased. They have great people up front as well as wonderful and talented students and instructors. They are professional and work to make a positive and memorable experience for each customer. Not to mention, they have very reasonable prices. I recently started going in for facials and I recommend it for EVERYONE! Their facials are spectacular and I wish I had tons of money so I could go all the time. Shout out to Hayley Reyes- she does a fabulous job every time!

As a Aveda student I knew that the graduates before me had set a pretty high standard for professionalism. Just walking in the building you get of overwhelming sense of fashion and beauty. On my first day at Aveda, I was greeted by Travis at the front desk, he is kind and make you feel welcome. He also took the time to learn my first name. He is a great first impression when coming in as a student, or for a service as a client. My instructor is Lisa Davy. Lisa is a instructor that makes learning fun and easily comprehensible. I have no prior training as a stylist, yet she teaches in a way that it all makes sense. I look forward to what aveda has in store for me as a student. If cosmetology is something you are thinking about, I encourage you to give Aveda a look...

Just finished my first Aveda facial with Hayley Reyes.  I had the botanical resurfacing and eye treatment. So happy with my service! The whole facility is lovely, and very professional.  Students use the full line of Aveda products.  They work with the instructors to develop individual treatment plans. Definitely on par, if not better than other professional spa services in Vancouver. Because this is an instructional facility the pricing is a fraction of what you will spend at a spa. I look forward to my next visit!

I’ve been going to Aveda for about a year now, more than half way into the program. That being said there has not been a day that I haven’t been warmly welcomed by Emily. She’s the first person you see when you walk in. She’ll always have the biggest & brightest smile on her face with the most welcoming “hello”. Rain or shine she’s always on point. She’s an important piece I’d say, to the Vancouver campus.

I am almost at the end of program here at Aveda... never once has a day gone by without Emily always making sure to say her good morning first thing to everyone. She could have had the worst day and still come into work as if nothing happened. She really puts her heart out first. I can actually say that I have met the most hard working, loyal, and genuine person. She knows her job like it’s the back of her hand!! Emily you keep the school bright with your amazing smile💜
