I have lived in an apartment FILLED with mold in the drywall for two months due to another apartment's A/C issue. It proceeded from slight wall discoloration to THREE ROOMS FILLED WITH MOLD AND MILDEW thanks to the lackluster response time of this management office.  And when they finally decided to hire someone to fix it, they didn't even give me any lead time to when they're sending their contractor so I could schedule time off in a timely fashion (less than 24 hours notice). If I worked in a less forgiving environment I'd probably be in serious trouble.  Never mind the fact that they were told several times over that my roommate is disabled and has breathing issues. This place has smelled like the sweat-socks of the damned since June and I nearly lost a set of hundred-year-old books because the mildew leaked into a room where I had stored things to get them away from the mold!  Last year it took my excessively leaky hot water heater CATCHING FIRE for maintenance to even consider replacing it and that took 3 days. If you want a sanitary place to live or are on a fixed income, keep going. You have not found it here.

Edit: Full year has gone by. Management has changed twice! Still no help! Pictures forthcoming.

Good place to live if you never have visitors. Nowhere near adequate visitor parking. Apartment has a contract with a ridiculously overzealous towing company so you can't even have someone over for an hour.

Upon filling out an application, I was asked what my email address was. When I gave it to the receptionist; I started receiving a flood of emails from unknow sites. They sold my information as soon as they got it. I had 25 strange emails on my phone, before she could show me the horrible appartment unit. Her knowledge of her job was none existence. She appeared (High/Wasted). I would not stay there ever! The tenants where complaining about roaches, repairs, etc., while I was filling out an app. Sorry, you get a ZERO from me.

Beautiful landscape, but 90% of the bottom buildings will have black and green mold. Thin floors, thin walls. You will know that there are people within a stone's throw of your person at all times. Management changes bimonthly, and maintenance doesn't get put through. Don't expect anyone to know you at the office, ever.
 FREE gas grills are available at several little park areas, there's a 40 mile paved trail just behind the complex, there's ducks, snowy egrets, Florida Softshells, and squirrels EVERYWHERE. You'll enjoy the wildlife... and the tennis courts... but might choke on the black fuzzies.
