We use Mirabella beauty products and Bioelements skin care products. We also use L’Oréal Professonnel and Homme for men, as well as Surface hair products.

I loved my experience here! I had never been to The Avenue, or have met my stylist Maddie before. When I arrived, Maddie made me feel very comfortable and at home! She answered any questions that I had, and executed what I asked for perfectly. The other staff members that I came in contact with were very nice! I received a tour of the facility and it was WONDERFUL! I can't wait to have more services done at the Avenue!

I'm giving them two stars because not all of the girls were outrageously rude but here is my story on why they missed out on the other three. Recently, my friend had the Avenue booked as our hair and make up for her wedding day. All of us were very excited about it. Until we saw her trial make up that took place the month before . She looked like she had been punched in the eyes. We all saw how her make up turned out and decided that we would do our own make up because we were not confident that we would like it on the day of her wedding. That same weekend I told her she needed to call and have her contract rewritten. She called and the owner stated that the wedding party could decide the day of what they wanted to do. Unfortunately, the owner of that salon is not true to her word. After arriving late, by 17 minutes, on her wedding day we all said that we would do our own make up but still wanted to have our updos done there. That is when an issue with the contract arose. It seemed as if it was going to be OK considering two of the bridesmaids were taken to their seats with their hair being started. Then suddenly other stylists came around and said that we were being kicked out. I think the situation could have been handled much more professionally and they lost several potential customers on that day.

Karley is the best. She does a fantastic job cutting my hair that fits the shape of my face. This time I tested out their warm hand treatment and it made my hands so soft. Next time I'm doing my feet. From the time I'm greeted until the time I leave I feel pampered! Always an excellent experience!

This is the worst salon I have ever stepped foot into. The staff was beyond rude and the owner had no consideration for our group. If you have an event scheduled I highly recommend NOT going here.

I have been going there for 15 years. The courtesy, knowledge and quality of the Avenue is impeccable.
