I went with my mom today 9/16/2017 to the Avenue store on University Ave in San Diego. I was approved for the Avenue credit card and was so excited because I am going out of town to Minnesota and was going to buy some cute outfits to take with me. When we got there it seemed pretty busy..I guess they were having a fashion show/runway show. It hasn't started yet but there was a sign outside. My mom and I still looked around and I found quite a few items I really liked so I headed to the dressing room. I was trying on clothes and the sales woman says to my mom that I needed to hurry up because the ladies that were going to walking in the fashion show needed to use the dressing room.. REALLY?!! they had 2 other dressing rooms to use. So, my mom lets me know I have to hurry up.. I had at least 8 items that I was trying on. I was so annoyed. Anyway, I walk out of the dressing room and I'm pissed because I was going to use my newly approved Avenue credit card and spend a good amount of $$ on the items but I'm so annoyed that I was rushed so I go and let the supervisors know. They seem sympathetic but the sales woman that rushed me I guess was behind me rolling her eyes and acting like she hadn't done anything. ( my mom told me that after we had left the store).. How rude is it to have someone to rush you when all you want to do is relax and try on some clothes? It was during regular business hours.. all because of a thrown together fashion show??? Come on! I won't go back there nor will I use my Avenue credit card. If that is the way they treat customers I want nothing do with them.

THE STORE MUST HAVE A HIGH THEFT RATE , EVERYONE IS NICE N SWEET OTHER THAN THE MANAGER , SHE ACTS AS IF YOUR NOT A CUSTOMER MORE LIKE YOUR A SHOP LIFTER !!! SHE INSTRUCTS THE NICE HELPFUL EMPLOYEES TO FOLLOW YOU AND WATCH YOU !! INCLUDING MY 69 YEAR OLD MOTHER ... PAST TACKY AND RUDE !!! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE .....

Drove here in the rain and dark all the way from Pt. Loma to avoid the return fee and they closed an hour earlier than the website says--- update it!!!!!
