Best kept secret in New England! Please, don't tell anyone about the great staff, customer service, and of course the divine menu because everyone will want to be eating there! Seriously, I had the opportunity to enjoy two great dinner services two days apart. The owner and all staff are simply outstanding and we could not have asked for a better experience. Mark was our waiter both nights and did an outstanding job of providing great table service with a perfect balance of service and just knowing when to come to our table (Josh - please clone him). The Avenue Restaurant is every bit as comfortable and enjoyable as sitting down with my own family. In fact, they are now a part of my family. Good food. Had roast chicken but could’ve done without the stuffing side the had. Good ol’ potatoes would have been great with awesome sauce. Or at least smaller stuffing serving.

Beautiful and Cozy atmosphere, the food is top-notch, homegrown, farm to plate fresh! Amazing seasonal menu! Chef Foley and staff have knocked it out of the park with this Restaurant! A Boston-esque restaurant in the middle of the suburbs!! Fabulous!! *listen for Julia Childs voice in the restrooms!! *there are 3 restrooms, a handicapped unisex restroom closer to the dining room and around the corner there are 2 restrooms, a Women's and a Men's. Very nice and clean. -There has been some confusion on how many restrooms Avenue has in other places like Yelp, etc. Hope that helps!

Great beer and food. Rotating draft beers always include delicious new offerings . Constantly changing menu feels like different restaurant. Excellent cocktail selection. It's a Boston American bistro in the burbs. But bring your wallet if you think quality restaurants should be inexpensive.

I've been here a couple of times, but have never found it a pleasant experience or to have good food. Am I the only one that think this restaurant is too highly rated at 4+ stars?
