Dr. Patel is the best. They are so good with dealing with you working out plans to maximize your insurance benefits. They ensure that your visit is pain free and if you have anxiety about going to the dentist they really empathize with you and have solutions to help ease the whole process. If you been searching for the best Dr Patel her excellent assistant will not dissappoint.

Would not recommend this place due to it is dangerous. No knowledge of aspiration precautions. The patient was placed flat with the mouth full of semi liquid material, which caused the patient to choke. The material caused her throat to burn which lead to fever, swollen throat, and trip to ER. This lead to additional expense and radiation exposure from CT. The patient was still charged for the suboptimal crown by the dentist. Office did not offer to write off the crown cost or compensate for CT and ER. This crown still hurts one year later. The dentist was unsure and made errors when placing the crown. Lack of competence may cause dreadful outcomes. Please check all information available when searching quality health care.

The staff and atmosphere was wonderful! I made my appointment without my complete insurance information and Heather was able to take care of it. Dr. Page and Jill took care of all my questions and concerns. Jenna clean my teeth up really nice. My first experience with the office and I can honestly say I found my new home. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Great experience! When I moved to Memphis 9 years ago, I tried several offices and couldn't find the right fit...until I found Dr. Avery's office. The hygienists are great and I'm always in and out for cleanings. I can't recommend them enough!
