DO NOT let this guy touch a single project on your property! Things look good and work OK until one or two days past the deadline for reporting him to the Board. Had ~$3,000 worth of work done, basically re-plumbed my entire house. Within one week called him back out for an outside faucet that was already leaking; pretending to "adjust" a bolt on the faucet, giving a meaningless excuse for the leak. In another week called him back for a leak in the water line to the hot water heater; the insulation around the pipes was full of water. Another pseudo repair. Commented on how concerned he was about "damage." Well, as I said, just after the time limit to report his crappy work the hot water heater had kept leaking; and, when he replaced the plumbing to the hot water heater he did not install a shut-off valve. The leak rotted the floor and the hot water heater fell thru the hole, nearly exploding my house. Had to have the floor rebuilt and install a new hot water heater. The outside faucet? Now runs continuously! It is an anti-siphon faucet that sucks the water back down below the freeze line; it doesn't do that and I have a $380 water bill to pay because of this leak, plus the cost of having his work re-done. His wife is a rude little bi**h when you call for work or just information. Arrogant and snotty. Use this guy at your own risk!

Avery Plumbing does excellent work and their pricing is reasonable and fair. George recently completed a remodel project for me: it was timely, professional and one budget. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing problems and remodels.

When I called the office to make an appointment to install a new sink, faucet and disposal, I talked to Tina who saved me a lot of trouble by warning me that I better make sure my new sink and faucets fit in the existing cut outs. To my surprise the sink was not a true rectangle and it did not fit the radius of the corners of the existing cut; so I ordered another sink and contacted Avery Plumbing again, once the new sink arrived. Their return replies were very prompt and George arrived at the time we agreed on and we found him to be very pleasant and professional. Everything went together like clockwork (much to everyone's amazement) and I love my new sink, faucets and disposal with no leakage anywhere and George even made sure the lettering on the disposal was centered and he was very careful to leave the area clean and tidy (which I appreciated). His price to do this job was much less than I expected; so consider him honest and fair. We will definitely be bringing him back for future projects.

The owners of Avery Plumbing pride themselves on providing every customer with the best customer service experience possible. They always tell the truth about what the plumbing issues are, regardless of the revenue generated for them. Their philosophy seems to be that if they just pay attention to providing exceptional customer service, everything else will fall into place.George is very knowledgable and experienced in all aspects of plumbing and can install, repair, replace anything to do with plumbing. In addition, they are two of most honest, sincere, and fun people I have ever met.

Avery Plumbing is familiar with Juniper Ridge Resort and is available on Saturdays. They have been attentive to our communities needs and our residents have appreciated their quick, professional response. The JRHOA has used his expertise on a few occasions. Consults have been above and beyond expectations and repairs have been reasonable.
