Bruce and Prudence are awesome. They helped me through an ugly and sticky divorce and custody situation, gave sound advice, and represented my interests very well, both outside and inside the courtroom.

Christy did an excellent job at handling my case. She handled everything in a timely manner, gave great advice, and kept my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. She even felt like a friend during the year we worked together. The rest of the staff is wonderful too. Highly recommended Christy and Avery and Upton.

I would never use these attorneys. I was having child support and custody problems and the associate Christy who I met with seemed more interested in defending my child's mother then myself. She gave me false information saying even if I came to an agreement with my child's mother on child support the judge would over rule our agreement if he or she thought it was not enough in child support and she said there is nothing she or anyone can do about my arrearments. Well we agreed on half of what child support was going to make me pay and deducted half of my areearments. She also said there was no way a judge would give me more time with my son if my child Support was backed up. Don't use these Attorneys. They are not here to help!
