Horrible!!!
The guy judged me because I didn't have a suit and tie on  and told me he didn't have any luxury cars when they were 2 waiting to be rented out. I asked him why would reservations and the website say differently. I went to Enterprise and rented out a top notch luxury car for Chicago Marathon weekend.

Absolute worst. Felt rushed to get out but the main issue was I now have a 15$ toll charge apparently I went through a 4$ toll and I have an 11$ "convenience" fee. I NEVER DROVE THROUGH A SINGLE TOLL. I tried calling this specific Avis and couldn't get through . I ended up talking to someone I could barely hear and understand from India. This woman didn't even know Indiana was a state so if that doesn't tell you how frustrating she was alone I don't know what will. I disputed the charge and all they could say was call the toll authority, gave me the Avis website (which tells me I went through a toll) which is what I'm disputing and hung up. Avis stole my money and then slapped me with a "convenience fee". NEVER EVER COMING BACK. BIGGEST JOKE OF A BUSINESS IVE EVER DELT WITH. rest assured I'm contacting the BBB

Easy to get to, quick service, car as promised, easy drop-off. Simple to use online reservation. Good experience!

This location has been a lifesaver. Helpful and always have a vehicle waiting. Big difference from Enterprise, who confirms your  reservation​ then has nothing when you go to pick it up.  All cars have been new or like new. Very clean.

I am editing my review. This particular location gets a one-star review, but Avis's phenomenal social media service gets a five. This balances out. 

I will rent from Avis again in the future but never from this particular location.
