Friendly and efficient staff. Car was good (Ford Fusion hybrid), but the inside of the front windscreen is never cleaned and can be dangerous when driving towards low sun. AVIS management: please address this!!

Avis corporate must be listening to the complaints since the service issues appear to be addressed now. My rental experience last week (8/2017) at this location was great -helpful people + fast and easy service.

I've been a long time customer of Avis rental car. Every time I visit the location at the Redmond/Bend airport, I am greeted by people with poor customer service skills. Most people who are renting your cars are business people or tourist just getting off a flight. We should be greeted with kindness, and not just pushed to the side.

Scum bags! I prepaid, they took my money just fine but when they went to do the credit and I failed they told me I couldn't rent from them even with a credit card now because I chose to do a credit check first. Then they proceeded to tell me I wouldn't get my money back for 5-7 days even though I need my rental car now. If you are not doing business with me then give me my money

TERRIBLE customer service. I made a reservation with an option to cancel. 20 minutes later, I tried to cancel, and they wanted to charge a $150 fee. After 20 minutes on the phone with their manager,  they knocked it down to a mere $50 fee. 

They were rude, accused me of lying, confrontational, and being it is a national number, they didn't seem to care that they are affecting their local branch.

Don't go to them. They are frauds.
