I regrettably did not get my sales reps name, but he was absolutely pleasant! He was maybe mid to late 20s or early 30s. He checked me out and in. Very friendly, great customer service skills! He is definitely an asset to the company! I will give repeated business just for his service alone. Unfortunately, great service has become a rarity, which makes interactions like this stand out all the more!

I'm writing this review for my experience renting a car from the AVIS that is here. It looks like it is a Budget/AVIS combination and it's staffed by the same personnel. 

Overall had a good experience. Car was super clean and staff was generally friendly even though they were short-staffed on the day I went to pick up my car so I had to wait a little. It also helped that I had a discount with my company so the prices were a little lower and loss damage waiver was included for free. My company discount also allowed me to extend my rental three times without additional fees (would have been $10 fee per extension request). 

Only issues were: 
- windshield wiper on rental car was streaking badly and really should have been replaced a long time ago. In Puget Sound, this is pretty important considering how much it rains. 
- I wasn't able to retrieve my receipt online from my AVIS account and had to go back to the rental location in Kent to get my receipt. I do appreciate that Avis came to pick the rental car up at the repair shop where I was told I could drop it off though (that was why I didn't have my most up-to-date receipt because I didn't go back to AVIS to return the car). Overall, this was a minor inconvenience and saved me the cost of an Uber trip from AVIS to my car repair shop.

I cannot believe some of the stuff they have to put up with from unruly customers.
