If I could rate less than one star I would. Firstly, when I picked up the car, the worker did not even explain the procedure to me, I had to ask her questions. One of the questions, was if it was okay to use my own transporter instead of the Avis one, and she replied of course, a lot of people do that. So I put my own transporter in the rental. Little did I know, after returning the car, I received charges for tolls even though I was using my transporter (in the rental it suggests you open the box if you want to use Avis's transporter, which I did NOT open). And to top it off, sine I dropped off my rental a day before the holiday, this location decided to charge me the day they reopened instead of the day I actually dropped the car off. So more additional charges!!  Just because they were closed for the holiday, I get charged additionally!! When I called, the worker just told me to dispute it on my card. I did and I also filed a claim through the company which they told me they were going to review the cameras. If they did review the cameras, they would have clearly seen me returning that car the day I am stating!! What happens? Oh Avis, could not find my claim valid, seriously!! I highly doubt any cameras were looked at! Never doing business with this company again!

One of the few facilities that offer great customer service. Daniela is amazing!! I recommend renting from this location!! You won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work!

Daniela was very friendly and helpful. We were able to go through the process smoothly without any complications. Overall good experience with the staff.

I had a great experience with my Car Rental. I was looking for a 7 seat SUV for three days which was costing me no less than $350 elsewhere whereas I got this car for $220 at this AVIS facility as they have a category Standard SUV Elite which had 7 seats and I got really nice Ford Explorer which made my long driving an amazing experience. My car pick up and drop off was really smooth.

Had a horrible customer service experience in GURNEE-AVIS, called this location and Daniela picked up. She provided great customer service was very attentive and made sure we swapped our cars out happily out of the lot, there are two locations in Libertyville but I felt out of the two, Daniela really provided the best customer service. Thanks for making our 10 day rental that much easier Daniela!
