They charged me an hour late fee when I was 20 min late. Yet online it says you get a 39 min grace period. When I said fine. Let me take the car out for the rest of the hour, they said you won't have time. Even though I had plenty. And they didn't let me take it, unless I paid for the whole day.... they are as crooked as they come. Beware of this shady woman.

Rent a minivan had trash in cargo area. Customer service could be more welcoming.
