Easy company to work with, knowledgeable staff and a great service.
The bounce house arrived way ahead of schedule at no additional fee. 
The face painter was very talented and friendly aw well. The kids loved her.

I wanted to book a magician. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all very patiently. The communication was great and they were a pleasure to deal with. If you have any events, book through Awesome Family Entertainment. Great staff, they love what they do. Highly recommended!

My daughters and their friends had a great time and enjoyed Minnie Mouse! She interacted with the children in a great way, took photos, dance, sung happy birthday and helped pass out goody bags. Thank You so much for making our daughters birthday more special!

Had this company booked for 4 months for our church Fall Party.   Day of event the company never showed to deliver the items.  Not until I called them did I find out they were "behind schedule".  They would not have arrived until 3 hours after original delivery time and when the event was almost over.  Very disappointed!  I had used them in the past but this really was not acceptable!  I hope they will take better care of their future costumers.

I wish I could give this 0 stars.  I ordered a balloon tying clown and they sent me a non-clown face painter.  My daughter asked for a unicorn and got what looked like a narwhale.  For $112.50/hour, I would expect quality work.  When spoke with Curtis at the company to complain today, he informed me that because the invoice they sent me said "Silly Person" not clown, and I paid that invoice, it was my fault. Even though I clearly showed him that my original request was for a clown and I apologize that I don't know the difference between the two - they made a booking error.  I then informed him that they are in the customer service industry - direct quote from Curtis, "No mam, the customer is NOT always right."  WOW!  He told me I should have sent her away when she showed up not as a clown or when I started seeing the poor quality work.  1. She was my main entertainment for the party and 2. who is going to say to someone, "I am sorry -- you are doing a horrid job.  Can you please abandon this line of children that has been waiting for an hour and leave my property?" 
 I thought the company would take care of me for their crappy booking. 
 They offered me $50 off of a future service. NOPE! Won't be using them again.  I did NOT receive the service that I paid for -- HORRIBLE COMPANY!
OH MY GOSH! NOW CURTIS JUST CALLED ME OFFERING TO REFUND $100 FROM THE ENTERTAINER'S PAY IF I REMOVE ALL OF MY REVIEWS.  Isn't that called bribery?  Isn't bribery illegal?  I told him to keep his $100, because it isn't worth my pride.
