I been a customer for over 4 years and as always Jesenia and Gigi service is amazing! They have the greatest customer service ever. I have all my family come and visit this place for food and drinks. The food quality is great. The only thing is they need to focus on the bathroom ceiling and doors that don’t lock. Maybe fresh paint and new dining table and chairs. Other than that thanks to the staff behind the kitchen, jesenia and Gigi. Btw thank you Jesenia for helping recommending the food tray I got for my maintenance team for lunch today.

First of all, our waiter was really rude. We would be talking to him and he would just walk away. He heard what he wanted to hear and got our order wrong. Different items appeared on the receipt versus what was on the menu. Our service really sucked. Every table had a rose on it except ours. We notice a different party arrived and got served really quick, got their drinks quickly, got complimentary chips and salsa quickly and was even served paper menus. We were told to use QR code’s with our phones. We waited a long time for everything. Instead the waiter giving us customer service, he wanted to prove himself right by arguing with us and then walking away. Who charges a child soda with an adult soda??? Never will go back.

I ordered fish from this place and they gave me half a fish and charged me 26 dollars with a little cup of white rice these people are prejudice to the core they literally gave me what looked to be a fish that they had leftover absolutely dissatisfied and lady was so rude she was 4 months pregnant so maybe that explains why her attitude was horrible. When I called to ask for manager I was hung up on. These people just want your money and give customers smaller portions. Food is supposed so simple to serve community I would not recommend this place to anyone facts!.
I wish I can just give them 0 stars I’ve been going to Ay Jalisco for years Ive always order pupusas from there but until today I will never go there again. I ordered pupusas and they were not the way they use to be, it was just a tortilla with no filling this is terrible will never step foot there again.
I have been a customer for many years. In the last year I have noticed a steady decline in food quality and service. The group who came in after us was served before us on our last visit. I could hear the sizzling of their fajita platter as it was delivered to their table. Our fajitas came out about 5 minutes later and the plate was barely warm. In addition, the meat portion was much smaller than on prior visits and the onions were still white and barely cooked. I will not be returning.
Food was great. The bartender was awesome and the food was fresh. Fajitas were the best that I’ve ever tried and the prices are good. Kid-friendliness: Took my 3 year old there and there were no issues.
