From the moment we checked in, your staff was so kind and professional. Especially your staff for the food cafe. So sweet and you could tell from their talking among themselves they liked each other....that's nice to feel that friendship as we sat and ate our breakfast. On Saturday, June 2nd at around 5pm and at the last minute I asked one of the ladies if they could make up our beds etc....and she graciously said yes and then 2 more women came into our room to help her as we left to a wedding. Also the young man Larry at the front desk was exceptional too. Your hotel rocks

I am a needy guest and the following people were so kind and helpful I must mention them. Better than expected was the Front Desk staff Jesé, Larry. Also, Susan, the General Manager was so sweet to introduce herself and offer her assistance. Tony in the kitchen was friendly every day and the food was fresh & delicious. This was by far the best hotel stay I have had in a very long time.

Clean and comfortable. Beautiful landscaping in the courtyard. Breakfast provided is good. The only problem we have is every time we stay is there are baseball teams staying also and the kids run the halls unsupervised. The hotel staff doesn't seem to have any control over this. We have issues with what sounds like kids doing jumping jacks over our heads all hours. We love our courtyard patio room but the overhead noise is irritating.

This was our 6th stay in 7 years and as usual we were not disappointed. The staff remains very friendly and attentive to our needs and the rooms are still spotless and fully functional. The hotel is also a great value and is our go-to hotel when we're in the area.

The hotel was very nice and I was pleased. It was clean, comfortable and had everything that I like - a desk, a bed and a couch, a microwave, and a fridge. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was very good. The bed was comfortable and warm. The reason I give only 4 starts is that there was this sound all night long - I am not sure what it was - it sounded like some kind of machine. We were on the top floor so I wondered if maybe there was something right above me on the roof that was going all night. It was sort of like a machine hum but it was pretty loud and I had a hard time falling asleep with that vibrating in my ears. My daughter said she did not notice it. I forgot to ask about it the next day before we left though. Next time we stay here, I will ask about it and definitely ask for a different room. We stayed in Room 340.
