We decided at the last minute that we wanted to stay in the area. We called Azalea Acres and reached Peggy. She not only found a site for us, she told us about great restaurants and educated us on the area. The park is very quiet and clean. Peggy and Bob are great camp hosts!!! Thank you both for your kindness, and for making our week great! Bill and Kathy

This place was very quiet and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and there were quite a few great places near by to eat. They were very accommodating too when we stayed during an evacuation of hurricane Irma. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed two days and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were guided to our campsite by the host who was waiting at the entrance for our arrival. The campsites are spacious and boast many pull through sites. Our specific campsite was a concrete pad and nearly perfectly level. Trash was collected daily by merely "putting it on the curve". Similarly, they filled propane tanks by picking up your tank and delivering back to your RV. We drive a 38' class A with toad.

Made our reservation in advance and my wife was told on the phone to call as we got off the interstate so they could help us in because the first left off the interstate is difficult. So, looked it up in Google maps and found our way easily to the campground. Upon check-in, the manager stated that we were supposed to call so they could guide us to our site because there was a turnaround in the park that was difficult to navigate. She stated, that's ok we can move you to the back and someone arriving late at night will appreciate the site up front. The sites up front are spacious and concrete padded. I apologized and said we weren't told to call so they could take us to the site, but because the turn off the interstate was difficult, but we'd take whatever site they needed to put us in. She proceeded to complain that we weren't charged for our 13 year old daughter either and was not happy I didn't have the cash to pay the 2 dollars and change. I offered to pay with my card, but she didn't want to fool with the card for that. Proceeded to our site which was muddy from recent rain (no biggie, can't control the weather) but was obviously not as nice as the booked site. Furthermore, there was no picnic table or anything outside. I also fail to see how we couldn't have navigated back to the front to our original site, as I have to go that way to leave anyhow. I am glad other people have had a positive stay here, however we are not impressed. There are multiple RV parks off the same exit and nearby off the interstate. I think we'll give those a try next time through. Not mad, just disappointed after a long day of travel.
