I'm not one who just leaves negative reviews just for the heck of it and I really don't telling leaving reviews lightly. That being said, just from calling this place an hour ago and talking to whoever the lady is who answers the phone, I'm not sure I'm going to actually darken their door now. She needs to be trained on how to provide FRIENDLY customer service instead of making the caller feel like they're inconveniencing her, especially when they aren't completely understanding the process of becoming a new patient there. I've never spoken with this establishment on the phone before and now I don't think I want to in the future. I expected friendly customer service and the lady who answered provided HORRIBLE customer service (I'd give this place zero stars if I could). I'm thinking I will take my business elsewhere.

Been going to this clinic over 5 years now. I loved the Dr I had and that was the only reason I kept going. We went through a lot together. But I never been out of there in less than a hour, always takes 1 or more hours for even a script fill. Also if you need scripts fill don't have your pharmacy contact them, they never approve it and never call you to let you know. Also if you call to have them call it in they say you must give them 48 to 72 hours to do so, no matter how long ago your pharmacy has tried to contact them. If you get meds that you might forget to call during that time you are SOL. No one cares if your having bad effects they just repeat the 48 to 72 hour thing. You will not be able to speak to your nurse only voice mail but do not expect a call back. Out of meds over a week, still waiting for them to call in refill

First, commending and thanking Nancy Boyd for her courtesy, competence and patience. She deserves the positive comments made by patients and staff, and lives up to her sterling reputation. Second, the Azalea Pharmacy staff is the most attentive, thorough, caring and responsive group I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The level of customer service provided is Top Shelf stuff, all around. Thanks to all at Azalea. Your efforts over the years are very much appreciated.

Long waiting time , they thrust you with a lengthy paper work, if you are sick and wanna see a doctor would you be able to write or answer their questions? The staff does not concentrate on the ailments or the symptoms and rather do other useless tests.

I went and saw Dr. Mary Ray because I've had sciatic pain for over six months. The first time I met with her she referred me to what I figured was a specialist. Yes, I asked her for some pain meds to get me through until I met with this new Doctor. She gave me a urine drug test. I met with her today for a follow up. Apparently I had too much alcohol in my urine test for her liking. You know because of all the Christmas Parties, New Year Celebrations, etc.. She wouldn't prescribe anymore.. I understand the fear of pill seekers, and the pressure Doctors are feeling because of it.. And I already saw in her eyes, she had made up her mind about me, so I didn't even say anything. Tuesday morning, I'm calling and asking for a referral to a REAL Doctor.. What she referred me to was a Pain Management Doctor.. No thank you! I want a Doctor who will help me fix this pain, so I don't have to be on Pain Pills the rest of my life.. after that, a new primary care physician, who doesn't expect the worst when I walk through the door!
