Just bought my first home. The house was treated for termites by the previous owner. We did a home termite inspection by a company of my choosing and we found termite waste and dirt pin holes in several places around the house. The owner saw that it was expensive the proposed treatment by Southwest and he claim that he was still under warranty with this company Aztech. When I requested the plan of action of treatment they only gave me a proof of treatment but not where the treatment was applied and what they used for it. Southwest was very thorough and detailed. So I personally won't recommend Aztech for termite treatment.
