I will go here on occasion because its close. Don't use the bathroom. Dirty, disgusting, broken down, very dated. 
This cinema was very nice years ago. It needs someone to go in and remodel and CLEAN!!! It could really do well again

We saw a movie the day after Christmas. There wasn't much staff there. It appears the restroom facilities are in need of updates and the water fountain is out of order. They don't offer competitive promotions that their Arnold competitor offers which is why it's worth the extra drive to Arnold for the better experience. I have hope for this theater and hope to see them do some updates.

Mostly good experiences here but the last time was awful. They couldn't get the movie to play then they started it too far in and spoiled something. They backed it up but not enough so we missed an important bit. I had to go out twice and tell them it was messed up. We also didn't get to see any previews which I personally like. I've heard others say they've had similar experiences. We didn't even get an apology.

Customer service is very shotty. We walked in and there was an employee, on her cell phone in a phone call,during operating hours. She was rude in the time following cleaning up the popcorn salt stands, not even politely asking us to move. The restrooms are filthy, theater floor was a disaster and super sticky. Won't be attending again, and is not recommended

I enjoy watching movies here. It reminds me of the theaters when I was a kid. It is small but it feels great to go in and feel comfortable and not over whelmed with lots of people and things going on around you.
