The B&B Theatres I-70 Drive In is Missouri’s largest drive in theatre with four big screens showing double features on each and an overall capacity of 1,200 cars. It opened July 22, 1964. Their neon marquee is a scaled down replica of the famous St. Louis Missouri Gateway Arch and is one of the great drive in marquees. The management there has a good thing going and despite the expansion, makes an effort to remember the small things that help to inject and maintain the nostalgic flavor ranging from screening classic intermission trailers to playing vintage field tunes. They still have traditional speakers as an option to audio provided by FM broadcast. It is located right off of 40 Highway and Stadium Drive, it plays double features of recent releases seven nights a week. An updated concession stand serves a large array of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. All major credit cards are accepted. When it gets too cold for out door movies, they close for the season and reopen in May, June or July. The B&B Theatres I-70 Drive-In offers all digital projection, easy highway access, and a safe and friendly family environment.

Total blast from the past! This place is a little rough around the edges but what do you expect when you only pay $20 for your entire family to see two feature films. There is always plenty of parking and the staff is outstanding. They have public bathrooms and concessions or you can bring your own snacks and beverages. Which is a lot better than paying $10 per person for a hot dog at the indoor theaters. If you can bare an occasional whiff of refer it is worth every penny.

This drive in is a little rough around the edges. Bathrooms are in need of an update. Our particular screen (3) had no speakers in the last 2 or 3 rows, which only affects people like us that did not want our car radio on. In addition the speaker we did use had a broken volume dial so it was incredibly loud. Charging $10 per adult isn't terrible for 2 movies but I wish it was per carload (especially for families like ours that only stayed for the first movie). Popcorn was about $5 for a HUGE bag. All in all, it was a nostalgic experience, and even though it's not the greatest, I feel like it is trying!! Will definitely be visiting more often.

Use to love this location. Now I feel like the YRCW lot next store does everything within their power to ruin the experience. Giant halogen lamps trucks with flashing lights and constant backup alerts.

Ended up going to this on instead of the one we usually go to instead, and wish I hadn't! Sorry I really want to leave positive reviews from my experience but it started out terrible. From waiting in line for 45 min (35 of it show already started). We we're running behind but there 15 min before as our usual drive in there's a small min wait but other than that good. We got in the lossing lane as the other lane moved at least 35 more cars because we drove in side by side with a friend and they parked 15 min before us and we drove in at same time. Fatter missing 35 min or so of movie from the line we finally get parked and adjust radio to tune in and nothing but static in background i had to turn it off and try to listen to he small speaker provided (which I will say pretty cool if louder as many drive ins don't keep them working) Then as I try to focus on the screen there are so many parking lot lights around the facility it's hard to see the screen and not be staring into some sort of lights. I ended up sleeping through it only to wake up half way through to a group of kids (brothers) throwing rocks off the top of there SUV hitting my car. As the typical parents sit there do nothing about it I let it go. It was date night for me and my girlfriend which we do drive ins often. We ended up fighting ( which we never do) because of the thugs hapnejng through out the night. I will not be back it is sketchy there.
