Chris at BC Lox and Keys is great!! He talked with me tonight on his time off to get help for my son up at JMU.  He went out of his way to make sure my sons car will be safe and he will get him a key made at a reasonable price.  Very reassuring for a Mom that is 150 miles away. People like that don't come around often. Need help I recommend these guys!!

Chris had excellent customer service over the phone. Not only did he do an amazing job fast, but he came to my house in the middle of a snowfall! I highly reccomend B C Lox without hesitation!!! Thank you guys for having the best price, fastest response time and friendly customer service!

I highly recommend B C Lox & Keys. My son (JMU collefe student) accidentally locked himself out of his bedroom at The Mill Apartments. All of his keys, including car keys, were locked inside.  His rental office was completely UNHELPFUL and refused to unlock his door unless he paid them $50.00 cash.  Unfortunately, he only had a credit card (I don't know of many students who walk around with $50.00 cash on them).  His rental office refused to accept his credit card. To make matters worse, all of his friends had left for summer break so he literally had NO ONE to give him a ride to the store to get cash. I was 200 miles away, so I couldn't help him either. In desperation,  I called B C Lox & Keys. Chris immediately went to my son's apartment (within 15 minutes) and unlocked his door. Chris even gave me a call back [afterwards] to let me know that my son had gotten back in safely. It was comforting to know that B C Lox had my son's back in his time of need when his OWN APARTMENT COMPLEX completely turned their backs on him. I can't thank Chris enough for being so promp and professional.
