They are not expensive. They are timely for appointments. They give you all the information you need immediately. I started half the month through so they only charged half. Then when I planned to leave in the middle of the month they only charged half again. I got the climate controlled unit. It was always very clean in the facility.

Each one of B&C's employees I've been in contact with are really kind and friendly (very patient when I was trying to decide which size container I needed).   The storage area and the containers are very clean.  B&C helped me with my needs years ago and I think they've kept trying to improve (new contract system) in ways that made this year's arrangements even easier.
