I was a group on customer , work is good but the store manager is very rude , after service they charged me double the amount of group on price. They didnot  give explanation why they charged , they say you need to pay. Cheaters.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I called trying to schedule my service and I have never had a worse customer service experience. They also have incredibly limited hours. If you work 9-5 or longer hours, like a normal person, you will never be able to get service here. They told me they were booked for the next 5 Saturdays, until the Groupon expired, and don't bother working Sunday. It's a salon and spa--weekends are the only time working people can get services! If they do Groupon services, they are obligated to make sure they can accommodate all customers, and they clearly cannot. I have bought 10+ Groupon massages and never had this problem. Oh, and then she hung up on me! I was literally neer able to schedule my massage WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR. How such rude people can run a spa that is supposed to help customers relax is truly inconceivable. This is a lazy, rude, salon that has no interest in pleasing customers.

Used my Groupon 1 hr deep tissue massage, very professional, very clean. Courteous staff, massage was intense as described buy well worth it, will probably come back for more massages

Terrible COSTUMER SERVICE !!!! I bought for my wife a bonus for this SPA on May, 2016. And I have been trying to make an appointment since June, 2016. But, they never answer the phone, when you leave a message they never ever called you back, they do not open on Sundays and finally when I got an answer the answer was: “we only have available appointments until 7 weeks", and any chance to deal with them. But, that is not the worse part, the lady that is in the phone she is COMPLETELY RUDE and she has not idea how to treat people. I hope you fine somebody that can give to your customers a better service.

I went there 1 weeks  ago for highlight and cutting with Groupon voucher. I showed them a picture for highlight, but they did their work without considering my request. I was not satisfied at all. It was horrible. The day after that I try to talk to the maneger. After several time fthat I called finally I  talked with her but she doesn't care. It was supposed that she call me back but never call. I don't suggest this salon to anybody.
