As a realtor, I help clients shop a lot for furniture and receive feedback from dozens of people.  Hands down, BF Myers is one of the favorites in Middle Tennessee.  They have a huge selection, competitive pricing and wonderful customer service.  You can always find a great deal at their outlet next door.  Also have experience with needing a repair, they had a replacement at my door in 2 weeks.  The sell furniture that everyone else sells, and it's up to manufacturers about warranties, which many of these complaints are about.  Don't blame the middle man if you buy low quality furniture.

Not a good experience. I bought a 5 piece sectional for our den. While I was happy with the selection, I was not happy with the delivery. The first attempt we got the wrong pieces. The second attempt we received the floor model. We paid full new price for used piece of furniture. We had to return to the store to try and resolve the issue. Upon asking for a discount on the price since we received used furniture, store management denied request. Upon asking how long it would take to get what we actually ordered, it was stated two weeks to come in and then they could schedule a delivery date. 

Upon asking for a refund, things got bad and dark. They tried to bully and intimidate. At that point was told it would take two weeks to get a refund. One week to pick up the items just dropped off today and once the items were picked up the refund would take another week to process. "It is going to take two weeks either way." It was like because I wanted a refund to take my business elsewhere, my money was going to be held hostage. The customer service I experience was horrible. 

I will not be returning for the other rooms I need to furnish.

Took my mother here, she'd had a bad experience at another store where they like to sell furniture by the roomful & upcharge for everything. The associate here, Mitch Bailey, was very kind and gave her time to look around & find something she liked without someone "nattering at" her. When she found a couch she liked, he told her its good qualities and she decided she wanted it. They offered an excellent warranty that covers just about everything, and interest-free financing. They were even able to deliver it the next day! Mitch was very considerate of her the whole time we were there, and made the experience much more pleasant for her than she'd had elsewhere. When I'm ready to buy new furniture (and it won't be long because I went cheap before) I plan to buy it here & I hope Mitch is available to help me pick it out. I hate high-pressure sales.  P.S. They have an outlet store across the street next to the showroom, but check out the main showroom before making any decisions.

Best Nashville furniture store, PERIOD. B.F. Myers is the only place in town to carry quality higher tier brands like Bradington-Young, Wesley Hall, King Hickory, Kincaid.... Special thanks to Kandy, she went above and beyond to take care of us. Plus, free next day delivery! They're truly the best furniture store within 100 miles.
