In short: It's the only place I will go.I have been seeing Nicki at B Fabulous since I was about 15 or 16 years old. I am now 24. She colors, trims, and styles my hair. In all that time, I have never left dissatisfied.I am **extremely** picky when it comes to my hair.Because she is so good, I have only gone to see 2 other people in that time (purely out of necessity). One was when I was in college out of state, who did an okay/acceptable job, and another when I moved here to Phoenix, who made me cry because it was so awful! I didn't hesitate to cry in front of her either, haha. She butchered my hair!! I'm still not over it. After that experience in Phoenix, I will never go to anyone but Nicki at this salon for as long as possible. She even remembers our conversations from when I was in high school, and those from when I would come home from college to visit family. It really makes me feel like a valued customer and I know they actually care about the quality of their work, and the happiness of their customers.Everyone there has always been polite, helpful, friendly, and courteous. I've never had a problem making an appointment either. While I cannot speak for the other stylists there, I have never heard another customer sound anything but pleased.Almost 10 years, and I am still willing to wait until I am in town to see family to get my hair cut, just to go to this place 3,000+ miles away from my home.

Pauline at B Fabulous is awesome!! She cut my hair and it has never looked better! Honestly, the first time I saw the style I didn't recognize myself because it looked so good. I'm not the only one who thought so. My husband said I looked like penelope cruz this little girl I didn't know stopped me on the street and said, "Hey Lady, You look pretty!" I could not believe the cut was so affordable too! Pauline is definately someone I will see again!

Pauline did my hair and my bridesmaids' hair for my wedding and did a fantastic job for half the price they will charge you at some of Charlottesville's boutiques. I definitely recommend her and all of the staff!
