New to the area and went by to see about renting some equipment.  Was never greeted even though there were 4 employees working in the front.  Only 1 was helping a customer.  When I went to ask a question, the guy behind the desk did not even acknowledge me!  Waited for a few minutes and even after all other customers had left was never asked if I needed help!  I left after standing in the store for almost 10 minutes!  I guess I realize why I had heard so many poor things about this business from locals.  Well, I gave them a chance to earn my business but they failed miserably.

The guys are always extremely helpfully and knowledgable. I always feel comfortable sending my wife to pick up equipment I need knowing that the B&G staff will promptly load any item that I have rented or purchased from their store. Thanks guys for all you do.
