I called for a quote - yes, it was Friday afternoon. It was $425 + tax cca $42 = $467 to come the same day. I thought this is outrageous without diagnosis and for what potentially could be a small issue – which it was and was addressed by another company for a fraction of the amount that same afternoon. I noted this on Yelp – yes, in a hurry so very short - I quoted the estimate to be $500. The enraged owner (I assume, as he never introduced himself) of B&G called me to yell at me for 10 min that I am stupid immigrant on a 30 day visa who writes stupid reviews, mocked my accent, threatened to come to my house, stated that this is “Seattle market” – I guess that means we can charge anything we wants. I’ll never find out if they do good work.
