Job was well done. Representatives from company were very perfessoinal and knowledgeable of their job. Used them for summer and winter services. Good company good people.

They had to come back twice to get a simple sewer connection right, but other than that I was pleased with the work. Their line workers needed to call a supervisor twice to make sure that they were getting it done right.

Called B & J to check my 80 something year old parents a/c. They did check the system and were very nice and respectful. However, they seemed to be more interested in selling them a new system instead of repairing existing one.  Granted, system is from 2001, It has functioned properly since new and has been maintained. They did not seem to be interested in repairing  but did get it up and running with  a freon fix and charged a significant  amount and said system was out of date and needed to be replaced. 3 weeks later system quit again. Called a different contractor and he said it was a short in the wire from the outside unit to the inside thermostat. Repaired and all is well for 3 weeks now. My 2 stars is because of not troubleshooting. Again, I understand the age of the unit, but don't like repairmen showing up as salesmen. I wish I could post our new go to heat and air guy because he was very fair and reasonable but  I fear that would be bias.

Two years ago I took pricing on replacing the entire HVAC systems at my home including the duct system.  I interviewed the two companies that I felt had the best systems and I felt would provide quality instillation as I had speced an efficient system and a sealed duct system.    I chose B&J and they did an excellent job and took extra care given the home was occupied to keep the space clean and accessible.  The system has functioned as expected and their follow up services have been of excellent quality as well.   They were responsive to completing punch list items and are prompt with their service calls when required.  Their staff is knowledgeable and professional.   They continue to be my HVAC contractor of choice and I recommend them when asked by others.
