Went there tonight to get some gas, you have 2 attendants that were outside talking to a guy. My son and I was going to spend money there when the white woman told my 35 yr old son you need to pull up your pants when they weren't down.  I don't know if she was showing out for the black man she was talking to but, that was inappropriate behavior for your attendant to act with us we was going to spend money the man outside in his truck wasn't. I just buried one of my son's that died from a heart attack.  Your attendants need to be more courteous when talking to customers.  I could work for the BBB. And that showed bad scoring on your store. I  would advise people to shop at your store in the daytime,  those worker's earn their money.Those two women tonight on 1/5/2017  need to be trained on customer service again,  because it's clear that they didn't pay close attention to the video. I  love the stores on Airline  Highway and  Essen  .........

They really need to do a better job keeping their solicitors/pan handlers away. I don't want to go there anymore because I was confronted by an aggressive pan handler and when I asked the attendants inside to tell him to leave they claimed they did but he was still waiting by my car when I got outside. I felt nervous so I gave him money. But I really think it's Benny's fault for allowing that in the first place and not doing anything about it when I told them he was bothering me. I will be talking to a manager in the morning.
