We had B-Rads cater our wedding and Brad and his team went so far above and beyond, they did such an amazing job. They are so detailed and professional, we were blown away- Brad thinks of absolutely everything. They communicated efficiently prior to the event and even included a bunch of things at no cost that they had like tents and cocktail tables. We had a buffet style dinner and the late night food truck. I couldn't count how many people told us how good the food was and how it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding before. The staff the day of were very polite and helpful. We would recommend B-rads for any event over and over again!
Came here after my RPI Campus Tour because I was hungry and it had great reviews. Happy with my decision, the food tasted great and prompt service. We ordered from their Saturday Hangover Brunch menu. Got soup, a BLT without tomatoes I started eating before taking a picture because I was hungry, the one sandwich has been partially eaten and a croissant. Everything was delicious, the soup and croissant were both served warm, which was great because it's a chilly autumn day. I will definitely eat here if I return to the area and recommend it.
I knew Brad back in High School. I'm very proud of him for creating such a wonderful menu. The food here is amazing. A must try in Troy. Keep it up Brad!
I had such a great experience with their services. I used B-rads for my caterers for my first ever networking event I threw in September. The service is perfect, the wraps were delicious, and they had opinions for folks who are vegetarians and on plant based diets. Sara was sweetheart and was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had regarding prices, menu options, ect. I definitely will be using them again and I highly recommend them.
B-Rads Catering did an fantastic job yesterday. The food was excellent Lobster Rolls, Chicken & Waffles, Braised Short Rib, Pulled Pork, Caesar Salad, Burgers & Chicken on the grill, Crudite, etc.. Everything was very fresh and prepared perfectly. He also makes it stress free. Comes early. Cleans up and packs out. Extremely polished and polite staff. Other than the truck and the great food, you wouldn’t know they were there. I would highly recommend B-Rads for any event. You will not be disappointed.
The food was soooooo delicious. Every person we talked to at our party was saying how good everything was. The staff was outstanding.....so professional and friendly. We will for sure use B-rads again for future parties.
I needed my work Christmas brunch catered - simply the easiest process. The only issue was choosing what we wanted.. so many choices!! The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be using their catering service again. Great product, great price!!
I cannot stress enough how AMAZING B-rads Catering is! They are my go to for all of my catering needs & let me tell you, personally & professional I use catering A LOT. Every single item I have ever had is incredible. Always unique & tasty, my guests are always in awe! I put my full trust in B-rads, always asking for them to create my menu for me. I am shocked every time by the fabulous options, value, & taste. Do yourself a favor & use B-rads for your next event, you will NOT be disappointed!
We used B-Rads for a catering event in Albany last Friday and it was outstanding. We have an industrial kitchen but still have some COVID red tape we are trying to navigate so we thought catering would be the best route. We found B-Rads through the 518-Foodies FB group and were extremely pleased with the results. Sara on the catering side of things was outstanding to work with and made sure we hit any concern we might have. We were able to select 3 entrees for our members to choose from and have everything individually wrapped. Price point was more than reasonable. Food was hot and delivery was on-time.
We used B-Rad’s food truck for our son’s graduation party. Event manager, Sara, was great to communicate with and reserve the food truck. The day of the the event was seamless, Brad and his team were great and kept up with the constant flow of guests! Food was fantastic. Highly recommend!
