Called for programming and he simply said we don't have service in your area and hung up before I could even respond

Very rude no customer service skills, hung phone up in my face.

When I called to ask about key service the guy who answered wouldn't even let me finish my question until I told him my zip code.  Once I did he said "Sorry, that's out of my service area" and hung up on me.  If he had just let me finish he would have heard me say I was bringing my key job to him.
