Just paid $45 to have the gentleman not only be rude, but he open the fridge and freezer..stuck his head in it and said ..."produce smells, that's what food orders do to your refrigerator/ freezer.  Dump your ice, and buy baking soda."  He didn't move anything, front or back.  He didn't even know there was a filter when I mentioned the filter light hasn't come on to change it.  After me telling him this, he said, "oh, I can order you one."  NO, thank you.  We change it ourselves. Geeezzz.....

I went in today to get an element for my oven because the one that was in the oven decided to catch fire! The lady and gentleman that helped me were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They even went so far as to explain proper installation. I will definitely return for my appliance needs!

We have gotten 4 used dryers/washer from them, they always stop working after a month or so. And when we take them back they do nothing. They arent friendly at all. And prices are awful. Would not recommend to anyone!

Very disappointed. I called and got a quote to have them come out and look at three appliances. Guy showed up with a bill $10 over what was quoted by phone. Spent less than 15 mins in the house. Did not properly check anything to see what was really wrong with it, just eyeballed them and that was good enough for him. Then calls me with this outrageous quote of $834 and some change to "fix" what he thought might be wrong with my oven. When my husband called back for a breakdown of that quote, turns out over 70% of that cost is for "labor". Yeah, right. I would not recommend them and will certainly never call on them again for anything. Big rip off. Also, the woman that answers the phone is rude and snippy.

This the worst service I have had... I called 3 places for a price b&t told me $45 to come out to me to tell me what's wrong or $25 to bring it in and them tell me what's wrong with my washer... they called me and told me today that they ran a diagnostics on my washer 3 times and there was nothing wrong with the washer so I expected to pay $25 plus tax and pick it up... no they tat on $45 lab fee for running the diagnostics to see what was wrong with my washer for nothing wrong after tax they are charging me $84.34 before I can pick up my washer talk about some bs 
Lady was very rude too
