If I could choose zero stars that's what I would give them.  They are horrible. If you are military and you get a call saying they will be packing you, do not let them. Everything was mislabeled. Our nicer things like glass and models were shoved in the bottom of boxes and all busted and broken in pieces. But long and behold the one empty plastic canister which was pretty much garbage was packed like it was worth millions. We cannot find our TV stand. Why it wasn't with the tv I will never know. This was the worst packing job we've had and this is our 5th move. Do not recommend!!!

I cannot believe how incredibly rude the receptionist was. Last year I needed a tv moved and the receptionist was rude then. I went somewhere else. Now that we're moving from one house to another I was hoping for a different experience. Nope. They just lost my business altogether.

They are a bad company. They shipped my stuff and I had some stuff missing. I talked to them about it but customer service is the worst. Haven't heard from them and my missing stuff since November 2015, I wonder if I ever am.

B Transfer, Inc., the local Mayflower Mover, recently moved us from Idaho to Arizona.  From the first contact with their coordinator, Penny, to the last box being unloaded and beds set up, it was a "perfect move".
