This is a revised review based on my overall experience at this dealership...... The people here are very nice but the service dept was unable to properly align the front end on our Grand Cherokee after two attempts. I requested a refund since I had to straighten it out myself and they did so which is commendable. I'm still out six hours of my time and the gas for two round trips to the dealership but overall I believe I was treated fairly. Will probably try and use them again should the need arise.

I recently purchased a car from BZ Motors and my experience was wonderful.  The salesman "Elaine" was very professional and helped me purchase the perfect car for me.  I did have a small problem after owning the used car for two weeks and they fixed the problem at no charge to me and did so in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.  This was my first experience with BZ Motors, but it will not be my last!!!!

My car errupted in flames. In February I took my audi in for service. I was informed that they were unsure what to do with the car and recommended we take it elsewhere. My wife and I proceed to pick up the car, are given the keys and no verbal instructions or warnings. I proceed to drive home (less than a half mile) and notice slight smoke coming from the car which dissipated immediately, leaving me unsure if it was even smoke or simply exhaust. I proceed to drive it less than a mile to check gauges and performance. I pull into my driveway and the car immediately starts spewing smoke fom under the hood. I pop the hood to find that the engine is in flames. I immediately call 911. Looking at the receipt (yes, we paid for supposed service), after the fire department put the car blaze out, I notice written instructions at the bottom to not drive, fire hazard. Of course, we were not told this and, obviously, would not have driven it if we were aware (one wonders why we were even given the keys to such a potentially dangerous situation). The audi was a total loss. Unfortunately, due to this, I cannot recommend this place for car service and I would be suspect of anything from them.

Just bought a new Cherokee Trailhawk there,,,they gave me a good deal on my trade in,,, good deal on the new vehicle. I was completely satisfied,,,and there was no haggling what so ever.
The vehicle is amazing,,,looks good,,runs good,,handles good.
After my jeep wrangler is paid off this is the place I'm going for another one.
