Always great food, amazing specials and very friendly staff. Large portions. Tom Ka Gai is the best I've ever had. I eat here very often and it's always amazing.

Seriously some of the best Thai I have ever had. I am so tired of mediocre Thai food but this place was incredible. Definitely worth a visit! Great service too.

A great restaurant with great service. The menu is very vegetarian-friendly, with the option to add protein like chicken, prawns or beef to your meal for an additional fee if desired.

Inconsistent amounts of protein, which is frustrating when you pay extra to have it added. Inconsistent spice levels in curries. Last time we ordered pick up, only to get home and discover they'd forgotten to include the rice we'd ordered to go with our curries (which you also must pay extra for). Didn't offer to deliver to make it right at that point. My trip back to have my order rectified was my last. The Baan Thai in Oak Bay seems to have their act much more together in terms of better service and food.

Wife and I have been coming here for years every time we visit Victoria. The restaurant is always full and often times people are waiting out the door. This in itself is a testament to its success. They don't accept reservations so come early near opening time or expect a short wait. It's within an easy walk of all downtown hotels on Blanchard Street. The food and staff are exceptional. It's never dissapointed us and we will continue to enjoy this restaurant as part of every Victoria visit. Highly recommended.
