Earlier this fall I brought 2 suites to get cleaned. I went back at the time they were supposed to be ready. They weren’t. I had to go back again. I thought no big deal, that happens sometime. 
I returned again. I had some pants altered. I was told they would be ready on Friday. I went in and once again they were not ready. I was promised they would be ready Monday. I called Monday morning. Yup. They were done. I went in...they were NOT DONE yet again.  I went back a few hours later and they had lost my pants. I was already late for work and not having them made these worse. I finally got my pants on Tuesday. I asked for a discount because they were late and they had been lost. I was told “they weren’t lost...just mislabeled.”  Oh...my bad. I thought if you couldn’t fine something that means it’s lost. 
I will not return.

They altered my wedding dress perfectly and just in time. I was so happy with it. Such a happy, so nice, and fun staff. Could not have asked for better.
