I am grateful to Dr. Tambay for referring me to Lisa Chase to resolve my back problems.  Lisa has a talent superior to any other physical therapist I have ever experienced.  After 3 visits and following her prescribed exercises, my back has never been better and stronger.  The facility is well-equipped to deal with all types of rehab techniques.  I can't say enough about this establishment.  It's a pleasure to share my experience.

I was seen at Back 2 Normal by Jolene a physical therapist last week when I was not feeling well. My experience could not have been any better; from the moment  I walked in the door I was greeted by very kind staff. The atmosphere is wonderful and the building is beautiful and calming. After my treatment with Jolene , I felt so so much better; it was phenominal! I couldn't be any happier regarding my entire visit! I will continue with treatment at Back 2 Normal.

This is not a review of the service but a piece of  information. I called the office and learned that they do not accept Medicare and are "out of network" for insurance. I was also told that the first time evaluation would be around $220 and then $160 for follow-ups. Thought this may be useful for people looking for treatment.

Lisa Chase was a lifesaver for me. Before seeing her, I was unable to walk more than 150 paces on level ground without experiencing severe lower back pain. The exercise program she put me on completely eliminated the pain in a short period of time. I can walk normally for long distances now.

I am so fortunate to have found Back 2 Normal. I had a frozen shoulder and was told I had to have surgery. On a trip to Richmond my back doctor recommended Lisa and Back 2 Normal. After just one visit I knew that I made the right choice - and after a few months My shoulder was "Back 2 Normal". In the future when I need some tweaking I will go back to Lisa.
