Spencer and his staff are great.  Spencer is very knowledgeable with dealing with my back issues and my flexibility  has improved substantially.  Not only provided relief through proper stretching techniques but also taught life long training techniques for proper sitting, lifting, snow shoveling.  He provided relief through various massages and other electrical stimulous.  I would highly recommend him.  I  have been to other places and Spencer is by far the most concerned and skilled to help out.

I have gone through many PT programs but none with the results like that which Dr Spencer Despain has designed for me. In just six short weeks I can already see amazing results in my balance and feel much better in my back when walking. Dr Spencer works with each person individually and professionally. He takes each aspect of your life style into consideration when preparing  your program. The admin staff, Brittany and Diane, are awesome. Both always have a friendly smile to greet you when you enter the building and willingness to help with anything. Great people.
I am certainly glad I was referred to his practice.

Great employees make going to physical therapy that much better. Condition improved dramatically over the course of the visits and now I can return to chasing my bowling career.
