Went in looking to help my sister buy some furniture for her new house and when we walked in no one greeted us, asked us if they could help or any kind of Hello. We walked around for nearly 30 minutes and no one still helped us, even though there were 3 men present and a female whom walked passed us several times helping other people who came in after us. I recommend this place to my sister because I've brought things from one before, not here, but they will never receive my services ever again...

Our experience with Badcock Furniture has been from the time they delivered the "1st" set of living room furniture. When the delivery guys didn't get it put together right, and the fact that it was shody furniture, they wanted to play games with us. We got that handled after 2 OTHER sets were sent to us. Keep in mind the whole time we NEVER missed a payment. Now when my husband was taken off of work by a dr. permenantly, we let them know immediately that I was the only one bringing in a check and that we would do what we could until he got things straightened out. The owner, never told us in all of the phone calls that I made to them to keep them aware of the situation, that we had insurance that would cover the payments if got unemployed for that reason!! It took me threatening "breach of contract" to even get the paperwork for the insurance! And the only reason we found out about it was because his brother (the finance mgr) slipped and told us. What a group of slimy, sneaky people. Unfortunately we are stuck in this contract now and couldn't technically get out if we wanted too. After this is paid off, WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

I bought my brand new $400 recliner here and it's been everything o ever wanted. Very relaxing and very comfy!! Well spent money!!

Staff are kind and helpful. Large variety of home furnishings and appliances... great store all together!

The associate's here are so friendly & curtious & they know there stuff. We will continue to come here to get out furniture and or appliance's.
