A one star is me being nice.  I purchased a bedroom set from the Dothan, Al location on the 5th of this month.  And the dresser has a nail sticking out of it on the inside.  I almost stuck my hand when I got it out the box and open the drawers foe the first time. Glade bit wasn't one of my kids. Talking about poor craftsmen ship.  Then tonight my bed railing breaks.  As if the rudeness of the staff wasn't enough.  I ordered it and was to pick it up the following Monday.  Get there to be told the warehouse guys we're all at lunch.  Yes they all went.  No one told me when I was swiping my cc not to come in at a certain time.  The female who I spoke with orginally was very apologetic but there was a older man who butted in am ask "Did you call first?" Why would I? I told you when I ordered it when I would be in and no one said anything about all of the guys going to lunch at the same time. Then it was oh it'll be an hr or so bc they left late.  So we returned the next morning at 9. I even told the staff that once again, get there and be told oh the guys are unloading a truck it'll be a few minutes.  More like an hr.  They obviously don't care about their customers.  Just that $$$. I feel like a fool for even going there.  I've always purchased my furniture from Ashley's since 2003. I'll never go back to Badcock trust me on that.  Now I got to find someone to fix this cheaply made bed rail.  I'm beyond ticked but lesson learned.  If you want quality furniture and a great experience customer service wise during and after the sale run to Ashley's trust me you'll be glade you did.

Delivery guys weren't very professional,  broke our sidewalk lights and left the glass all over the sidewalk

Very rude!! A group of 4 African Americans walked in and they did not speak or ask if we needed any help, not to mention that we were stared at the entire time!! But when a Caucasian women walked in she was immediately greated.
