This place is ridiculous. There was only one person working the showroom when we came to look at furniture, and several other families waiting around to be helped. I paid $1600 CASH IN FULL for a couch, coffee table, and rocker. Was told it would be delivered TODAY and it has not been delivered. Not even a call to say sorry or when it would be delivered. From the reviews I've read this isn't the first time this is happened to people. This place needs to get it's act together and hire some more people for the showroom and deliveries. I've been waiting around all day, despite having errands I should have been doing instead. I highly suggest spending your money elsewhere. Unless you like waiting around...

They have good furniture.. but I never in a million years had to go through this much just to get my furniture delivered.. they can't give you a time frame but yet they want you to pay for delivery... I need a corporate number asap

I've read these reviews however my experiences with them have been far different than theirs. The team at the Pascagoula store have been nothing but polite and respectful to me, the team that's delivered my bedroom set and the team that delivered my living set were very professional and easy to work with, and we are loving our furniture. We went in for a mattress a year ago and ended up buying a whole bedroom set for the amount we were prepared to spend on a good mattress and we're very happy with it. So happy in fact that we went back a few weeks ago and bought a couch and still had great service. That prompted up to go buy a recliner from them. Really my only complaint I would have with them which stops me from giving them 5 stars had to do with their delivery. Even though I love just a block away since I don't have a truck I've opted to pay the 85 dollar delivery charge, which is high but they've always went above and beyond to set it up properly for me by listening to my wife and even cleaned up after themselves. I don't mind paying more for good service. However, they need to work on their scheduling better. They say they'll call before coming to give me a time frame, they never do and just show up. They should make sure to call and they should work hard to give you a better timeframe, like say before lunch or after lunch so that I don't take a whole day off when they don't come until after lunch. Taking that extra step would give them an extra star from me.

They were polite to us, and answered any questions we had. They even worked hard to lower the price of the bed set we bought for my niece. (:
