I have been shopping here for 4 years now. From Clayton to Franklin. I have never had one issue within the store or the employees. They have always been accomodating and understanding. The corporate side however is a different story. I understand the people in the store itself can only do so much and they have always went above and beyond to keep me happy. Highly recommended!

I purchased a sofa, loveseat, and recliner. The wrong recliner was delivered. I was told the correct would be delivered the following Tuesday or Friday. That didn't happen and when I called the store, I was told it wasn't even in yet. It has been nearly 3 weeks... Where is the chair I placed a down payment on??? I would not recommend this store. We will be taking our business to Macon Furniture Mart from now on.

Purchased a Dining set with 4 chairs, was the last to be delivered on July 22, 2017. Table came to me with multiple scuffs around the edges of the table, the manager said he would give me 15% off of the table price of $399.95, checked my checking account and $41.41 was put back in my checking account, but 15% of $399.95 is $59.99? I don't know where they learned to add, but something is way off. First the table should have been protected better than what it was from being damaged if I am going to purchase expensive items from this company. This is no way to keep customers coming back to purchase more items, I will not buy from this company again if this it the way that the customers are treated then, I will let people know that there is an alternative and the customer service is great at Franklin Discount Furniture, should have went there in the first place.!!!

I would love to give them some money. However they have no armed security and post that you are not allowed to defend yourself. So no money from me will ever go there!
