Our experience is not a good one! We bought a couch, loveseat, recliner, and a 4x6 area rug to match. We had the rug less than two weeks when we determined something was wrong with the rug! It would "hike up" for lack of a better word, and would not stay flat on the floor. I was constantly trying to straighten it out. We tried every trick in the book to no avail! We finally got the tape measure out and discovered that the rug was not squared! There is evidence there was a flaw in the rug when you looked at backside of the rug. We spoke with everyone in the store all the way to the owner, Chris. They had our rug from July 3rd until August 8 and was told there was NOTHING WRONG with it. I even contacted the Corporate Office and was told they stood behind the Stores decision that the rug was fine. Even though the rug is flawed. She was also told by the Owner of the store we missed the rug up by sitting a heavy table on it! Fair warning there has been no service after the sale! Becky J. Bowman SC

Keisha in your orange burg sc store is wonderful and she does a great job my experience overall was excellent

The customer service here is horrible. I recently brought some furniture from here and it was damaged. When I tried to exchange it it took a really long time, and the associates were extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend buying something from them.
