Excellent job by the Badger team replacing my roof. The crew was on time every day, friendly, and cleaned up the work site prior to leaving every day.  Owning a historically registered home, I was focused on making sure the craftsmanship of the finish product was top notch and met all the cities requirements. Roger assured me we were compliant and he was spot on. I highly recommend Badger Roofing.

Disinterested Service. We hired Badger to replace our roof but they could never set a definitive appointment and kept telling me they'd get to it as soon as they could. Months later a crew showed up at my door on a random Wednesday with no warning, catching me unprepared. Needing the roof replaced before winter set in, I agreed to let them do the work. The foreman told me the work would take two days and they got started.
The first day went fine, but the second day the crew showed up late, then stood around until almost lunch time before getting started. That led to them not having time to paint the flashings and I was told with rain expected I'd have to wait until Monday for the painting to be done. Again I reluctantly agreed, but after they left I realized they also didn't clean up, leaving scraps of metal and shingles, staples, and plastic adhesive strips lying everywhere. Oh, and cigarette butts. Sorry, but my yard is NOT an ashtray.
It rained and blew, further spreading the mess around my yard. When they finally showed up late Monday they painted the flashing but only cleaned up some of the mess. 
Judging from their response to a similar review, I guess it's my fault for not telling them to do their job.  I filled out their customer survey, but they clearly discard any that are unfavorable.

The job itself was decent enough and done in a timely manner.  However, after they left we noticed all the nails on the ground.  We picked up all that we found as we have a small child and pet dog. Even so, our dog suffered a puncture wound to her paw. Here it is, 8 months later and we are still finding multiple nails on a daily basis. This was not the first time our home has needed a new roof but the ONLY time nails have been left behind like this.  I have talked to others about this and they told me that there are magnets that they are to use after the job is done to ensure that all nails have been picked up. Only 1 star because our pet was injured and that is a serious matter.

I had my roof replaced maybe 4 years ago. About a 2 years after we had our roof replaced on our two story office. I noticed a water leak during rain storms; on the lower level. I got up on the roof last week and noticed a large 3" by 6" opening where the AC connected to the duct work. Being that Badger had to remove the AC during their roofing job I figured I would call them up to see if they would come look at it and make the repair. They told me it was an AC problem not a roof problem. Even though they are the last ones to service that connection from the AC to the Duct work they didn't think it was their problem. Between my house and my business I think I have given them $60,000 worth of work in the past 4 years. I guess I'm not important enough to make a $75 repair. Signed Dale

Couldn't be more pleased with Badger Roofing. Our roof looks great but what really wowed me was when I called in for a non-urgent, minor problem 6 months after the installation. Scotty was at our home and the problem fixed by the end of the day.

Service after the sale is cliche but these guys live it. Highly recommended.
