Our Winter Garden showroom at the northwest corner of the junction of West Colonial Drive and State Road 429 serves the Orlando area unlike any store before it. Winter Garden is our second largest showroom with 84,000 square feet of space. This store features a free total decorating and design service with everything for the home, from flooring to furniture. Baer's Furniture serves the Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, Orlando, Kissimmee, Ocoee, Groveland, Lady Lake, Apopka, Daytona, The Villages, Celebration area. If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a VERY expensive Theodore Alexander table from this store about 6 months ago. About a month ago I noticed the wood was splitting and contacted the store. They didn't return my first TEN calls, then referred me to Theodore Alexander, who then called the store on my behalf. Eventually I received a call from the GM who asked me to send photos. After TWO weeks with no response to my email with photos I called AGAIN. Last night I receive a call from a call center offering me furniture repair center names/numbers saying they would not repair the obviously defective table. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!

Ben is a very talented and friendly designer. He did an amazing job pulling everything together in my house. And when something was not exactly right he went above and beyond to fix it. He is very easy to work with and always answers texts and calls even on days off. He has a great eye and sense of style. I highly recommend him.

Fairly new location in Winter Garden. We purchased an 8 piece bedroom set which also included the mattress and box spring. Very pleased with customer service/price and quality of the furniture. Overall a good experience.

Delivery was great. Our salesman Stewart let us wander around without pressure. However he told us initially we could get a group discount but it was just sales talk. We would not otherwise have expected it but since he mentioned it and my wife called him on it, it left a sour taste. The Tommy Bahama bed and nightstands are nice. We bought a Broyhill dresser with mirror because we didn't like the Tommy Bahama offerings and Broyhill matched well.
