Had the worst experience with the service provided by the secretary she had horrible customer service skills and though the doctor was okay I will never come back or recommend due to unprofessional staff member. My card was charged in error and the attitude I got to correct it was unacceptable.

The doctor was professional, friendly, and quick. I had some work done on a pre-cancerous growth, but she recommended I save the rest of the work on my face until the sun would be less of a problem (in the winter).

Unprofessional!!! After my wife and I made a decision not to perform a procedure on my son, Dr. Baeuerle became even nastier than she already was. She had the nerve to call my wife and belittle her as to her parenting skills and decision making. She went on to call me ignorant and stated that if we did not go through with the procedure, she will no longer treat our kids. WHAT RIGHT DOES SHE HAVE TO CALL SOMEONE IGNORANT AND TO QUESTION WHAT WE DO AS PARENTS? SHE NEEDS TO TAKE A CLASS ON MANNERS. IN MY OPINION, EVEN THOUGH SHE THINK'S I AM IGNORANT, I THINK SHE SUCK'S AS A DERMATOLOGIST!!!
